This is not a direct replacement for the existing out sunny pergola cover? The ends are open so the poles can fall out, (we had to try to seal them) the loops for the clips are elasticated so they stretch when assembled (The original were made from solid material) and the original hooks do not fit on to the centre pole. (Fortunately I had spare hooks from the original and was able to double up on all but the last pole). Finally the original had tie backs at both ends this one only has one. It is well made but you will need to fiddle about and adapt it to fit the pergola which is a bit of a pain. I have assembled it today but I am not sure it will last all season. ------------- Update -------- Having posted this review the seller contacted me to try to resolve this issue. So the customer service is really good. upon further inspection it seems Out sunny have slightly changed the design of the pergola for 2024 (we have the 2023 model) which is slightly annoying! And looking at the images online the canopy supplied may well be a direct replacement but I cannot say for sure. However I have added an extra star for the good customer service.

This replacement canopy was no where near the same quality as the original one that came with the Outsunny canopy I bought. There were no tags to hold up the centre of the canopy and at the ends the fabric tags that held it up have been replaced by thin elastic loops that have broken with the first lot of rain. Very disappointed with this and would Not recommend anybody buying it !

Great quality. I took a bit of a punt with this because my gazebo is of a different make to the one specified, but it is great and fits almost perfectly, only fitting the first and last pole are slightly problematic, but nothing serious. Much better quality than the original and this has drain holes which the original didn't have (and led to its early demise). So good that I bought a second as a spare. Excellent.
