The sail itself is excellent but the webbing straps which are integral to the sail are absolutely rubbish. They deteriorated within weeks & came off, it appears they had degraded in sunlight. That’s not a particularly useful attribute in a sunshade! Similarly the quality of the fixing cord is very poor, this also degraded quickly & snaps very easily.

Its a shame, excellent shade for rain or sun, great shape and looks elegant in the garden when used in overlapping pairs, however the biggest failure are the straps at the corners as they rapidly degrade in a few weeks in sunlight and very quickly disintegrate which, as pointed out elsewhere, is not a great feature of a sunshade ...

Top Sonnensegel – hochwertig, funktional und einfach zu montieren Ich habe mir das HEYOMART Sonnensegel in der Größe 3,6 x 3,6 x 3,6 m in Anthrazit für unsere Terrasse bestellt – und bin wirklich begeistert. Als jemand mit handwerklichem Geschick war die Montage kein Problem. Die beiliegenden Befestigungsseile sind stabil und ausreichend lang. Mit passenden Spannschrauben (separat besorgt) sitzt das Segel absolut straff und sicher. Das Material aus Polyester macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck: Es ist reißfest, wasserdicht und bietet gleichzeitig zuverlässigen UV-Schutz. Auch nach einem kurzen Sommerregen ist alles darunter trocken geblieben – das Wasser perlt gut ab. Optisch ist das anthrazitfarbene Segel ein echter Hingucker – modern, schlicht und sehr elegant. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass sich das Segel trotz seiner Größe gut handhaben lässt. Es lässt sich bei Bedarf schnell abhängen und wieder anbringen, ohne großen Aufwand. Fazit: Ein sehr solides, funktionales Sonnensegel mit starkem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer ein langlebiges und stylishes Schattenspender für Garten, Terrasse oder Camping sucht, liegt hier genau richtig. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Habe jetzt nicht allzuviel erwartet, aber wurde nicht enttäuscht. Gerade jetzt in der stürmischen Zeit, hat sich das Sonnensegel tapfer geschlagen. Auch das es nicht aus Stoff sondern eher wasserabweisenden Material besteht, hat sich bewährt. Nun hoffe ich auch das es die Saison durchhält, dann würde Preis und Leistung stimmen.

Waren skeptisch ob diese Produkt für den Preis unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich muss sagen das der Stoff eine sehr gute Qualität hat, relativ dick und die Nähte sehen auch hochwertig aus. Leider war das Segel vom Format her nicht passend bei uns. Aber das gute Stück liegt nun im Keller und wird sicherlich an anderer Stelle befestigt.
